Aspiration International School is seeking a committed, creative and student-centered Primary Classroom Teacher to join our vibrant learning community in August 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Inquiry-Based Curriculum Delivery.
- Design and facilitate concept-driven, transdisciplinary learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework and informed by the UK National Curriculum.
- Embed literacy, numeracy and real-world connections into learning engagements that foster curiosity and deep understanding.
Positive Learning Environment:
- Establish an inclusive, respectful and supportive classroom culture that promotes learner agency, voice and choice.
- Encourage a growth mindset and model the IB Learner Profile attributes.
Assessment & Reflection:
- Use varied formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and track individual growth.
- Reflect with students and families on progress through portfolios, conferences, and reports.
Professional Collaboration:
- Engage in planning with grade-level and specialist colleagues to develop rich, integrated units of inquiry.
- Contribute actively to school initiatives, events and the ongoing development of our learning community.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified teacher with primary teaching experience, preferably within an IB PYP, British or international school setting. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, differentiated, and inquiry-based lessons.
- Excellent communication skills with children, colleagues, and parents in a diverse, multilingual environment.
